The Illinois Solar Energy & Storage Association (ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï) is a non-profit membership based organization established in 1979.  Membership with ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï supports the widespread application of solar in the state through education and advocacy. We currently represent 500+ members, including more than 150 solar-related businesses.

ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï represents, protects and advances the Illinois solar industries interests. Our member businesses distribute, research, manufacture, finance, and build solar projects.


ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï works to promote, protect and expand solar energy across the state. ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï business members and their employees receive access to networking, educational and marketing opportunities vital to their success.

Membership Levels

Corporate - $6000
  • For businesses with greater than 100 employees and/or greater than $10 million in revenue
  • 15 employees covered under membership
Professional - $3500
  • For businesses with 10-100 employees and/or greater than $5 million in revenue
  • 10 employees covered under membership
Manufacturer - $2750
  • For businesses in the manufacturing sector
  • Manufacturing businesses who join at this level commit to providing an annual sponsorship of at least $3,000. Sponsorship opportunities include, but are not limited to, webinars and networking events.
  • 5 employees covered under membership
Premier - $2500
  • For businesses with 5-20 employees and/or $1-5 million in revenue
  • 5 employees covered under membership
Charter - $1500
  • For businesses with 1-5 employees and/or under $1 million in revenue
  • 3 employees covered under membership
Young Professionals Council - $50 for general membership, $150 for YPC Board membership
  • Membership is open to individuals aged 21-36 who demonstrate an interest in renewable energy and sustainability
  • 1 employee covered under membership
Non-Profit - Policy - $500
  • For non-profit organizations who wish to be involved with policy
  • 1 employee covered under membership


Non-Voting Membership Levels

ARES/Muni - $5000
  • 10 employees covered under membership
Utility - $20,000
  • 10 employees covered under membership
